If you are a new client, you will receive two email messages within 24 hours of making your first appointment. The first message will include important information about your appointment and directions to connect via teletherapy or to find your clinician’s office. The second will come from our client portal and it will prompt you to fill out our required new client forms electronically. These forms must be in place prior to your first session. If you are a couple, we will need your partner’s name and email address so that we can send them a link to the forms as well. If you have any questions, please email pdxcounselingandanxiety@gmail.com
